Justyna is our baby Room Leader and also the Nursery SENDCO (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities Co-ordinator).

She started at the nursery in 2018 as an apprentice with a Level 2 qualification in Childcare, having experienced junior roles and placements in various nurseries and pre-schools. She completed her Level 3 in summer 2019. Since then Justyna has gone from strength to strength and had a promotion to Room Leader shortly after. She took on the role of the SENDCO in 2019 and has completed many courses and training programmes relating to SEND. Justyna has recently finished her Early Years SENco Qualification and is now a fully trained SENco.

Justyna is a Polish national and speaks Polish and English fluently. She has learnt Spanish since working at the nursery and now speaks it to an intermediate level.

​

The nursery has a social committee responsible for organising all staff events, and Justyna forms part of this along with two of her colleagues. She has Paediatric First Aid Training along with Designated Safeguarding Lead Training.

​

A lady of many talents, she is also a qualified beauty technician and loves to travel the world.

I love doing what I do with the children as I get to see them grow and develop, seeing them meet their goals is amazing. I love seeing the smiles on their faces every morning, and to me my job is almost a hobby as it is something I truly enjoy".
